Agora

In 2012, Medellín, Colombia was named the most innovated city in the world. Since then, it has taken a strategic path regarding urban growth. This project was the creation of a whole image for the “mixed complex”: Ruta N & CNV (residential and business) which ought to synthesize and represent this new side of the city.

Based on the universal history, we took the name Ágora from the ancient Greek. The ágora was a space-related with the culture, the trade, the sanctuaries, and the political activities: an authentic urban creation. People reunite in this place to discuss and resolve the community issues, being the starting point for all the aspects of the social development on the big cities (polis). Long story short: the ágora marks the beginning of any great society.
