Kuuk'Um Store

Kuuk’Um, where the beautiful things are. This concept store, located in the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City, is a vintage-inspired shop with a profound love for the local. From interior design items, jewelry and garments, to artworks from local artists and designers. Here, everything is made in Mexico.

The branding is inspired by those products; by their shapes, figures and textures. Starting with the logo: a letter K turning into a plume since in Mayan language the word Kuuk’Um means feather. 

Camel, tangerine, garden green, and soft pink are the colors for the palette. And it is a nod to handmade art; the way many artisans use the materials from scratch to tell stories and create beautiful objects.
